Our refund policy applies strictly within the first 30 days from the date of placing your order. The order date is the same as in your invoice. Terms and conditions apply.
We refund 50% of the remaining work at the time of the refund request. Here’s how it works:
– Example: Suppose a client orders a 10-minute video at $1000. If the client requests a refund after we complete 5 minutes of the animation, we would refund $250. This amount represents 50% of the remaining work.
To request a refund, please contact our team at info@animayt.com within the eligible 30-day period. Please provide your order details and reason for the refund request.
Once we receive your refund request, we will assess the remaining work completed and process the refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that our refund policy does not cover any additional expenses incurred during the animation process, such as voiceover costs or licensed music fees.
